- U Travel Goa is a locally registered travel service provider offering tours, water sports, and travel packages in Goa.
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A minimum advance payment is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be completed before the activity or tour begins.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash, or any method agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
100% refund if canceled 48 hours before the activity.
50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before.
No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before or for no-shows.
Weather or Operational Cancellations:
If a tour or activity is canceled by us due to bad weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Customer Responsibilities
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
U Travel Goa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused due to negligence, personal behavior, or failure to follow guidelines.
Please arrive on time for scheduled tours or activities. Delays may result in cancellation without refund.
Health & Safety
- Certain water sports and activities require basic fitness and swimming ability.
If you have health concerns or medical conditions, please inform us before booking.
Alcohol and drug use before or during activities is strictly prohibited.
Liability
U Travel Goa will take all necessary safety precautions, but shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during tours or activities.
Use of Website
All content on this website (images, text, logo, etc.) is the property of U Travel Goa and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website at all times.
Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used strictly for communication and service delivery. We do not share or sell customer data.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, cancel, or reschedule any service due to weather, safety issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
